3D Modeling: Sculpt Your Own Space Droid

Learn how to create your own droid and discover a new universe with the latest ZBrush 4R8 tools!

About this course

On this course, we'll show you how to create a 3D droid in ZBrush 4R8, exploring the software's new features, after which we'll take the image into Photoshop to continue with the post-production.

What project are we going to develop?

We're going to create a 3D droid using the tools that ZBrush has to offer. We'll use the ZModeler, Dynamics, radial symmetry, IMM brushes as well as the program's latest tools like the Live boolean and the new Gizmo. 

After we've sculpted the droid we'll render the image to work on it in layers in Adobe Photoshop. 

Who's this course for? Requirements

This course is for intermediate users of ZBrush who have an understanding of how the basic tools and features of the software work, and are interested in learning about the new changes to ZBrush 4R8 as well as maybe learning to create something a little bit different.

To enroll in this course, you need the latest version of ZBrush (ZBrush 4R8) and Adobe Photoshop.
