Eyes, one of the most complicated but important elements when drawing. On this course we'll see three different style approaches you can learn and then adapt to your own style.

About this course

On this course we're going to paint some Eyes in Photoshop in three different styles. The first style is realistic, for fantasy illustration, video game and film art and the second is more stylized and simple for animated cartoons and comics, and finally the third is for Japanese Anime and Manga.

What project are we going to develop?

On his course you'll learn how to paint realistic, cartoony and anime style eyes in Adobe Photoshop.

Discover the techniques on how to paint eyes realistically in Photoshop using the dual brush tool, and how to make clean, sharp lines using the pen tool, and the layering process whilst painting.

  • How to paint with the pen tool and brush tool  
  • How to use assign hot keys to your actions
  • How to design and paint an eye for illustration, design, flash animation, game and anime art

This course is for beginner-level Photoshop users that have a basic knowledge of the tools and functions.

Her game experience also includes triple-A titles like Guild Wars 2 and mobile games like Afterland and Spooky Treats. She loves creating imaginative characters and environments and shares her knowledge and techniques through tutorials.
