About this course
So you've tried hundreds of times to learn Adobe Photoshop without much success…Well since we ourselves know how complicated it can be to start creating in this program, we want to help you understand little by little how it works and how you can get the best of each tool and option, so you can achieve any of the ideas you have in mind.
We'll start by presenting the program and its different sections, breaking down each tool and option so you understand everything without getting lost in complicated explanations. We'll go through everything in the simplest way possible, so that it’s easy for you to follow, and most importantly, so that you learn the use of the program.
What project are we going to develop?
On this course we're not going to develop any project since what we're here to do is, to learn how to use the program and we don’t want you to be distracted with a complicated task that will confuse you!
So what you should do to get the most of this course is, try out every tool as the lessons go on. Repeat what we show you on screen until you understand the use of the tools. Some are trickier than others and might take more time, but don’t give up! Just keep practicing.
Who’s this course for? Requirements
You don’t need any special skills for this course, neither artistic nor technical, this is a course for people that know nothing, or very little, but want to become real masters. We're going to show you how to use Adobe Photoshop, from the very beginning.
We're using Photoshop CC, you can use previous versions but some of the options might not work exactly as we show you, or won’t be available, but only a few tools have changed, so you shouldn't have any problems.
We're also using a Wacom tablet because it makes drawing and painting a lot easier, but you don’t really need this, since we are just going to learn how to use the tools, so you will do more than fine with a mouse.
